In addition to our main categories, we often have a variety of other salvaged and surplus building materials available. This section includes building packages, drywall, insulation, and other miscellaneous items that don’t fit neatly into our primary categories.

Miscellaneous items vary greatly in condition and type. All materials are sold “as-is”. We recommend inspecting items in person or requesting additional photos before purchasing.
Some larger items (such as building packages) may require special arrangements for viewing and transportation. Please call ahead for availability.
