Do you sell materials online or ship them?
No. We are a local pickup yard only. All sales are in-person at our Oxford Street location in Winnipeg.
Where are you located?
We are at 1042 Oxford Street, Winnipeg, MB. There is plenty of space for trucks and trailers.
What are your business hours?
Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: Closed
Do you buy used building materials from the public?
No, we do not purchase materials from the public. Our inventory is salvaged from commercial and residential demolition projects through our partnership with Paragon Industries LTD.
How do I know the condition of the materials?
All items are sold “as-is”. We describe the condition as accurately as possible, but we strongly encourage customers to inspect items in person at our yard. You can also request additional photos before visiting.
Do you offer delivery?
No, we do not offer delivery at this time.
Can I bring my own truck or trailer?
Yes, absolutely. We have space for loading and can usually assist with loading larger items.
Are your prices firm or can you negotiate?
Many prices are negotiable, especially on larger quantities. Feel free to make an offer when you visit the yard.
What types of projects are your materials suitable for?
Our salvaged materials are commonly used for residential renovations, commercial construction, restoration work, and DIY projects.
Do you have a minimum purchase amount?
No minimum purchase is required.
Can I reserve materials over the phone?
Yes, we can hold items for a short period if you pay a deposit. Please call us first.
How should I prepare before visiting the yard?
Please wear proper closed-toe footwear (steel-toed boots are recommended for safety). Bring measurements, gloves, and a vehicle suitable for your intended load. Feel free to call ahead if you’re looking for something specific.
